This is the classic Kuroge Wagyu beef course.The meat menu starts with salted tongue, followed by a platter of lean meat, samgyeopsal, and an assortment of offal.Korean food is also included, including a platter of kimchi, a platter of namul, salad, the specialty seafood chijimi, and a final dish of your choice of mini hiyashi noodles or mini bibimbap for each person, as well as an after-meal dessert.
